Well, they were young and handsome. For no one to notice would have been odd.

I didn't mind that aspect of the Doctor was done. It depends on how you look at it. Is it appropriate to force a guy to snog you or pat his behind?. Although when this wasn't happening, the Doctor did use his "allure" to flirt. Now poor Peter Capaldi is left with the "old" tag.

In regards to the Moffat quote. I can take or leave what he thinks.

Did any female champions "jump" the Doctor like Amy or Clara did?.

In the old series the Fourth Doctor "noticed" Leela when she dressed up, rather when she was scantily clad.
