Update thing
I've not fallen off the edge of the world. There's just been... life. *waves hands* Life has included the following things:
- Binge watching Community. We're now somewhere in the middle of S3. This show makes Doctor Who look normal, and oddly reminds me of Buffy. I love it. (I don't have any thoughts, I just love it. And I love all the characters, although if I had to name a favourite it'd be either Abed or the Dean.)
- Went to see Tour de Yorkshire (this lunchtime). It was fun (but brief), and then there was a fair with lots of bike-y things and other assorted stalls and owls.
- Writing about 3/4 of the first draft of a book. (For those who've read Dating, this is Troy's story. Ripped from the Whoniverse completely, and now set in the real world. For everyone else, Troy is a little gay Irish boy with... um, issues. And an attitude to match.) If anyone happens to know anything about Irish courts/law I'd be immensely grateful for assistance, because I am currently stuck, not even knowing where to begin researching for the final part.
- Whilst my book is stalled I've taken up the Seeker 'verse again and am slowly writing about his travels in other dimensions. Not sure when you'll see anything, but it'll arrive eventually, I promise.
- Having a major clear out. Sadly still at the stage of having a lot of bags full of STUFF in the front room. But as my parents are arriving a week on Tuesday, I will be on top of it by then.
I think that's all for now. (Btw I always read my flist, so I am aware of everyone else. I'm just rubbish at commenting.)
