(Anonymous) 2013-12-23 09:27 pm (UTC)(link)I've just about come to terms with his leaving. I've made a lot of fanvids to cope with it. New version of "Rainbow Connection" is nearly complete. I'm also about finished with "How I Go" by Yellowcard, which is a very good song for Eleven, as it focuses on the theme of stories being passed on.

If you click on that name in my friend's list on kerk_e_fics and go to the entry My Favorite Birthday Girl, you'll find the Sally Sparrow/Billy Shipton drabble I wrote for Mark's wife Emily's birthday.
I hope you will like what you find there.
Went to see A Muppet Christmas Carol with friends, at the Glasgow Film Theatre this evening, and it was wonderful to see it again on the big screen. Very foolishly allowed myself not to eat all day again, but Ciaran, one of my friends, with whom I am staying tonight, bought me some food on our way back to his flat.

They are just the most delightful duo. They REALLY must work together.
I think Day of the Doctor helped me like Ten again. I went through a phase where I didn't like him. Maybe it had to do with Moffat's writing of him.
Quite possibly. Also he wasn't MADE OF ANGST - despite the time frame - so that was good. :) (Mind you, I know exactly what you mean. I adore Ten, but he's not easy to like when he's being a ball of man!pain...)
I've just about come to terms with his leaving.
It's only now beginning to really hit me, so I shall probably be a mess at around March time? Vids are always good though. <3

And my 12 year old would probably give her right arm to see A Muppet Christmas Carol on the big screen - it truly is a wonderful movie! (And I'm glad your friends are looking after you!)
