See Angel's sad face, it is very reminiscent of my own sad face reading this part.
:( I'm sorry?

Seeker's pain is almost visceral, even during the story he's telling.
I am so glad that shone through, because he's so guarded - it's hard to convey the depth of feeling. He's also trying to hold back because he doesn't want to overwhelm her...

Then there's Allison who has also had her reality torn asunder by current events.
She is still trying to process everything, and everything is moving too fast. She is as stubborn as him, not happy to be dictated to, although she understands how important it is not to break time. (Which is good, because he is very, very tempted.)

Even though I am eager to see how the story ends, a part of me is also wary, because I suspect it might be heartbreaking.
Trust me? (That's what Joss would say also, and then twist the knife. But please - trust me. I don't like hurting people. Much.)

Of course this doesn't make me love the fantastic story any less (plus who am I kidding, I want to see how it ends).
