This is where Buffy/Angel really gets creepy It's very interesting to watch, knowing what's to come... so far my conclusions are that they're both at fault (although Angel *really* should know better!). He's the one who seeks her out in WSWB, saying she needs 'someone to watch her back', but then tries to pull away (he's so intense in this scene it brings back thoughts of Angelus). And he knows that she's too young etc, but I guess he's sometimes too human after all. He's not been near a girl for a century, and here's someone practically throwing herself at him - plus he's in love for the first time in his entire life!
Buffy... well Buffy is sixteen and although she knows it's unworkable, really, really wants to go there anyway! (It's so romaaantic!>!)
