I have so much head-canon re. the Schism, and most of it is confirmed by canon. Mostly then I think that the Schism is what makes Time Lords see all of time and space always - they can't be born with it, and the way the Master [in EoT] talked about it hurting and how frightening it is... I think it's what makes them what they are, yet it's a pretty horrific thing to do to a child. I go into more detail in other stories, so I'll leave it for now, I could natter for pages. *g*
*nods* I agree with that interpretation… seems logical.

It will have consequences stretching out for centuries (in a good way), and I'll get back to it again and again. What the Seeker saw, what he took from the Schism, what it made him, what it did to him... These things are at the very core of him, and what make him him. It'll always be relevant, much like how the Doctor ran and the Master went insane.
All the complex character building =S

I did write the epilogue, except it's a far-in-the-future fic. Ignore it for now.
Okay. Busy with the Lucy fic anyway…

Mind you, it never stop amazing me - one moment there's a vague blank and the next there's this actual character with thoughts and motivations and complex issues and they are just going to go their own way and not take anyone else into account.
=D Being a writer is a beautiful thing.
