The cure for grumbling about Joss is to watch Zootropolis/Zootopia.

Female main character who is a person first, but without ignoring issues of race/gender. Cracking story, fabulous characters, exquisite animation that is fabulously imaginative and it's funny too!

Wholeheartedly recommended. ♥
